1. Good customer service

   I had a problem with an initial order, due, perhaps to supply chain problems during the pandemic, but after contacting Flower Bangkok by email, they made a new delivery and solved the problem.
   
   They have good customer service, and they respond quickly.

   Very professional service. The flowers were perfect, the delivery was right on the time I requested and the website was very easy to use. All in all a very pleasing experience and I will definitely be using the service again.

   This was my third time using this company to order flowers from. Each time I have order flowers the bouquets have turned on excellent with good quality flowers and my girlfriend has been very happy when they are delivered to her. I will continue to use this company in the future for all flowers orders.

    The bouquet ordered from Flower Bangkok was quite small for the price paid.
    The flowers were minute and few. Decorated with more leaves.
    A friend of mine received a bouquet earlier this month on her birthday from another supplier. It was just a bouquet without any additions. But the flowers were more than double size. And the bouquet was 24" long and 12"wide with many big yellowish cream flowers.
    
    The messenger should have called the sender to confirm if the recipient was in or to check location rather than calling the recipient herself. That broke the surpriise.
    
    The net cover to the flowers was a bit smelly.
    
    The stuff toy was good and proper size. Also the Ferroro Rocher was fine as usual
