Delivery was slightly late

I had ordered a delivery between 12:00 and 17:00, because my girlfriend works until 17:00, and because it was Valentines Day she was going to leave work exactly on time to come and see me. The flowers were delivered at 17:02, and she had already left. Thankfully, a colleague called her back - but I would have been much happier had the delivery happened closer to 12:00. Given how expensive this was, I expected better service.
