Flowers Not Up To Your Usual Standard

I have used FlowerBangkok several times in the past and have always found the Service and Quality of the flowers to be 1st Class. Unfortunately, the flowers delivered to my girlfriend for Valentines Day were not up this standard. My girlfriend was a little disappointed at the roses as they were not as fresh as they should have been. Sorry, but I thought you should be made aware of our experience.
