   I didn't see the product except the photos online before purchase. I wasn't the received. The receiver did send one photo of the final product and I thought it looked better than the online photo. She seemed happy. All other service(Ordering, delivery) was great, no problems.

   Customer service operator English was average, most importantly able to understand each other communication. Called twice regarding order, staff was helpful. Order was flexible and fast. Company able to trust, end of the day photo was taken to the sender as a proof of delivery and receiving..

   Although the liatris pictured in the bouquet was replaced with statice, the bouquet was still beautiful and my fiancee's smile upon receiving it made it all worthwhile... my second time using your service; love the communication and the photo emailed when the flowers are delivered. I wish that all florists did that, especially here in the US. :))

    This was the 12th time in one year that I have placed an order with FlowerBangkok (I have subsequently placed a 13th order). The product is beautiful, the service is outstanding. Most importantly, my gorgeous fiancee is happy. If you desire to put a smile on her face, and receive on time, quick service, FlowerBangkok is your best choice.
