   i have ordered this flower for Mother's Day and requested to have purple roses which i thought is difficult to find. Surprisely, Flower Bangkok did find the purple roses in excellent condition and delivered the flowers in time! Excellent service! will definately order from Flower Bangkok again for any occasion!

   I had to change delivery address when flowers was on delivery and flowers Bangkok answer my mails in 5minutes.. and fixed everything

   the answer on mail in 5 minutes and deliver to other building about 4 km from first place

   but...I get 2 different photo of her in mail with 2 different flowers ?
   did they deliver wrong and change ? don't know... but her very happy now so I very satisfied customer

   My friend was happy to receive the flowers. However, it would have been better if the color of the flowers are the same as the one in the photo. Another point is you should update the order status without delay in order to avoid any worries from the side of the customer. Anyhow, overall your service and product are very good.

   I was impressed with the professional transaction especially the photo once the photos had been delivered. I did not see the flowers in person but the recipient sent me a photo of her very happy with the flowers. I'd definitely consider using the service again.

    Maybe flowerbangkok can consider hire a new photographer. The flower loook better than what they show you online.
