I was going to send flowers to my sister who studies in Thailand and was hoping that they will deliver it before her classes - from 8 to 8.30 AM. AND THEY DID IT! Before she even texted me thanks Flowers Bangkok sent me an email with picture of my sis with flowers! How sweet is it? Great customer service. Previously email to change the gift card message, was diss appointed that it has not been change even though they have replyed to acknowledge the changes. Due to some last minute changes of plan, had to reschedule the delivery time. Was glad that they manage to change to the other time slot. Thumbs up for that. Need to improve on their hotline availability as no one was picking up the call probably due to the busy period which couldn't really fault them for it. Driver did not take photo which is also quite disappointing. But again this might be due to the busy period. Overall, pleasant experience with this florist. |

| Ordered this bouquet on New Years 2017 as a surprise for my girl at her workplace (Siam Paragon). The delivery guy did not play along with the surprise and said the bouquet was from me (he said my name to her -.-) upon calling my girl's HP. Nevertheless all else was perfect, from the initial purchase to the delivery timing was perfect even though it's peak period. Please take note that they operate 8am to 8pm BKK time, so orders received outside this timing may be delayed/rushed or rather you will not get a response from them until it's 8am. I will definitely do it again!! |

| The bouquet ordered from Flower Bangkok was quite small for the price paid. The flowers were minute and few. Decorated with more leaves. A friend of mine received a bouquet earlier this month on her birthday from another supplier. It was just a bouquet without any additions. But the flowers were more than double size. And the bouquet was 24" long and 12"wide with many big yellowish cream flowers. The messenger should have called the sender to confirm if the recipient was in or to check location rather than calling the recipient herself. That broke the surpriise. The net cover to the flowers was a bit smelly. The stuff toy was good and proper size. Also the Ferroro Rocher was fine as usual |

Despite some delay due to Bangkok traffic as we all understood, each delivery has made to its designated destination. Although the recent order was not well organised to the extent that it has spoiled the surprise and the flowers arrived to the recepient was miserable - they have offered to re-send another delivery to cover for the incident. I regret to say that my wife, a professor of public health at Mahidol University, found the product totally unsatisfactory. The cake was shipped in a cheap box and the chocolate dressing had fallen off the cake. The cake was also mediocre in quality. She showed me every aspect on Skype. Even the card was chinsy. My wife has very discriminating taste and, as a native of Bangkok knows what to expect in quality prodocts. Your cake, for instance, is vastly inferior to the cakes produced by Bangkok Baking Company at the Marriott Hotel.Unfortunately, they do not have a delivery service. |

The bouquet arrangement was beautiful. The colours were as advertised, however, the flowers were not fresh and a little dry around the edges. | My fiancée was happy to receive the flowers on her birthday on the time I requested. I am really impressed with the service. However, when she sent me a picture of the flower she received, I was a bit disappointed. Except for the white roses, everything else was different - the arrangement (the roses were scattered), different purple flowers scattered not surrounding the white roses, the wrappings and the ribbon. How I wish I could attach the pictures here for you guys to compare. Will I order again from this site? That is something I cannot answer in the affirmative at this time. But thanks anyway for the great service. |

| The product delivery was poorly managed. It was not sent as per requested time althought i've made a call prior to complete the purchase. They promise to send to second location if my girlfriend leaves the location. They made a call hours ahead to spoil the surprise and made the delivery of second location much harder to estimate. After much they were still late and made the entire experience turn sour and spoilt the surprise. Extremely dissapointed on how this was managed. |

I made the effort to order a week in advance in hopes that they will make the necessary arrangement to get the flowers that match the picture as much as possible but it wasn't the case. The actual was a disappointment, it's not as elegant as the picture depicts and the flowers they used were very dull. Not as bright as it the picture. A big disappointment for a gift. |

Flower Bangkok delivered the flowers at the time requested and my fiancee was very surprised. They were very fresh and looked beautiful. My fiancee received a phone call to go to the meet the delivery person and they did not identify themselves as being flower delivery. This added to the surprise for my fiancee as she was not expecting a delivery. I will definitely be using Flower Bangkok from now on |

| I ordered flowers at 6am that morning and they were deliver to my sweetheart's office at 2pm as I requested. Beautiful fresh flowers which made her day! The flowers were suppose to be white roses surrounded by purple flowers but instead they were surrounded by pink flowers. My sweethearts favorite color is purple. There is a disclaimer at the bottom that some substitutions may exist. It would have been nice to have an email saying they were going to substitute the flowers but with the short order delivery, there is no reason to complain. This is the third time I ordered flowers from this company, there are cheaper places to order flowers from but their selection, service, and user friendly website, it's worth the extra cash. |

| Being many hours away from family is difficult, my mother was having a major surgery in Bangkok Thailand and we wanted to let her know that we were thinking of her. Since she was going to be in Bangkok Hospital for much of the time following the surgery we wanted to give her something bright, meaningful and welcoming to look at. We selected Flower Bangkok because they had a pretty nice picture of this huge and stunning vase. Though we most often prefer floral arrangements with a variety of colors, I wanted to really send a statement of love and felt roses were the best way to do it. We ordered on a Sunday afternoon after lunch time using their on-line site. This site uses PayPal as one of its payment methods, and so we chose that at checkout. At lunch time the following morning we received an email a confirmation that the flowers had been delivered. My Father sent me pictures of the flowers ordered and they looked beautiful. They arrived perfectly and with no problems at the right time. I would certainly use this flowers store again when I needed to order flowers to Bangkok Thailand. |

| When the flowers were received, they were huge and fresh. Looking good and spectacular as a bouquet but the price is a bit steep. I have a concern about paying with PayPal. Because the price is shown in USD, I actually have USD in my PayPal account but when i was taken to the payment page, the price is only in THB that means I fork out more making a conversion even when I have USD to pay for it. This is one thing I wasn't happy about. |
