Valentine Day 2019
1) i have already requested u to deliver after 9am because office opens only 9am. BUT your delivery guy called my girlfriend at 8.30am and she is on the way to work. she also had to receive the roses at the lift lobby !! This Totally Spoils the Surprise !!
2) he did not take picture of my gf upon receiving the roses and email me , as per usual practice.
3) he sent the wrong card !! cards got mix up.. he sent my gf someone's else card !! This is simply Ridiculous !!
### this is my 4th time return to you. However, this is Most Ridiculous and Disappointing experience with your Delivery Ever !!
Roses are already more expensive than on normal days, and i am expecting better service than this !!
Im really DISAPPOINTED.

Prompt response and reliable service. Item true to picture. Very pleased with last purchase. Highly recommended. Will frequent if prices are slightly lowered or voucher code provided.
