Lovely fresh roses just as pictured and delivered on time as promised. I couldn't ask for anything more especially since I ordered just the day before Valentine's Day when I know they are very busy.. Thank you.

Order the FB25-Sweetest Love, but later realise that it was 15 roses, if you search from Internet, this may give a wrong message as “I am Truly Sorry, Please Forgive Me”. Guess that give me a lesson and do advise user to check the meaning before sending flower.
Anyway, Flower Bangkok have excellent customer support, not only they assist me to change it to FB21 - Love's Embrace (9 Rose - Everlasting Love), they also help in the re-fund on the difference. My girlfriend was very happy to received the flower on time in Valentine Day.
Thanks and highly recommend to choose Bangkok Flowers.
