Unfortunately, my first order this year on Jan 23 order was sent to wrong address (considering I have been sending to the same address for many years and it is well saved on your system) and my second order on Feb 14 did not get a picture, even though, I specifically requested to be sent as delivery confirmation.
I hope the service will be improved.
