Arrangement from Malaysia for a funeral wreath flower for relative in Thailand

Needed to arrange ASAP a funeral wreath flower for relatives in Thailand and found Flower Bangkok with reasonabe charges. It also does delivery to places outside surrounding area of Bangkok, mine was required to deliver to Ban Pong.
Noticed not all wreath flowers listed can be delivered everywhere in Thailand but it informs us which type can be arranged by checking individually each of these wreath flowers listed. It would be good upfront to list the type which can be delivery everywhere in Thailand without the need to check each individually to save time, LOL.
Also during the checkout can find out the extra cost by inputing your planned location name and its Province, which is also with a reasonable cost.
Since I planned for the arrnagemnet on the same day as my booking, I called up the listed telephone and the friendly staff answered all my question. I also get his personal number so that my follow up communication can be done via whatsapp, a plus point here where I can follow up and show this seller the place or map of my planned delivery location.
I had issue to make payment online and follow up via whatsapp which this seller managed to solve my issue to make my payment online.
The wreath flower confimred was delivered in the evening on the same day and to the correct place specified by me. I had requesed a photo of it when it was delivered but didnt received it, anywhere my relative took a picture of it and posted it to me.
So overall I give 5 stars for Flower Bangkok and recommended.

Timely is the first thumb’s up for them, and it was impressive that the flower reached the designated place just a few hours after the order was made. It was nicely organised per request and good accountability practice that they sent me the photo to prove the delivery and the right destination. What is more surprising is that I don’t see much difference in the physical wreath delivered compared to the photo shown.

As a first time customer, I was very pleased with the outstanding customer service and assistance. The wreath came out beautiful and was delivered very quickly. The communication from the team was excellent as they sent me updates on my order and even assisted me over the phone with proper Thai customs and etiquette for a Thai funeral and what should be printed on the wreath banner. I will be a returning customer in the future after this 5 star experience. Thank you Flower Bangkok.

Thanks for helping in the process. It is always difficult to know what is suitable for funeral and in particular if not familiar with local customs.
