Most amazing delivery service ever!

I am going out of my way to write this review as I’ve been so touched by Flowers Bangkok’s service in helping me get a message to a dear friend of mine in Bangkok.

I ordered these from London anxious with the language barrier if I could get them to him to the right address while he is grieving. I got regular website updates about the status in perfect English. Then, I got a personalised email to say that they had contacted him the day before to check all was in order for the flowers to be delivered the day before. As the funeral service was already over they suggested to change the wreath to a vase which I agreed.

I woke up today’ with an email that had photos showing the flowers had been delivered including the address in the pictures. I have to say, I needn’t have been worried about the language barrier as this was better service than I’ve received anywhere taking care to send the photos.
