1. Excellent Service

   Service is first class, the flowers arrived on time, even 5 mins early! They sent a photo of the recipient receiving the flowers, which was nice. The ordering process was good and easy to use.
   
   My only issue was that they substituted a few roses of different colours, which is technically fine because it is stated there, but it is better to know what you expect to get. They substituted 4 of the 12 red roses with 2 white and 2 purple ones. The white ones are ok but the purple I thought wasn't as nice. Apart from that, it's a service worth trusting! Thanks again!

2. Excellent product, excellent service

   The bouquet was absolutely gorgeous and larger than I thought it would be. The flowers were all super-fresh and in perfect condition, and the card was done so nicely! Delivery was right on time, which is amazing considering Bangkok traffic.

6. Swift & Decisive

   Ordered this bouquet on New Years 2017 as a surprise for my girl at her workplace (Siam Paragon). The delivery guy did not play along with the surprise and said the bouquet was from me (he said my name to her -.-) upon calling my girl's HP. Nevertheless all else was perfect, from the initial purchase to the delivery timing was perfect even though it's peak period. Please take note that they operate 8am to 8pm BKK time, so orders received outside this timing may be delayed/rushed or rather you will not get a response from them until it's 8am. I will definitely do it again!!

   Delivery were on time, good customer service as i have typo on the delivery address, they reply promptly after i email them. After delivery, they send me a photo of the flower together with my happy gf. Thanks FLowerBangkok
