   I am a new customer here at FlowerBangkok and their service exceeded my expectations. The location I had this sent to was not the easiest to get to and they were able to get it there around the time I requested which was that evening and I ordered in the morning. Great job looking forward to using this service again in the future.

   Beautiful flowers arrangement, same as photo.
   
   However, wrapper is Not the same as advertise, i'm alittle disappointed. But overall look, it is a still good looking wrap.
   
   Delivery is about 30 mins later than expected, but due to usual heavy traffic jam in bkk, it is still acceptable.
   
   Overall, it's Great Service ; Flowers are exceptionally fresh, colorful, Big Roses too..
   
   I would definitely recommend this to anyone. I will be back again soon, Thank You !

7. Excellent Service

   Service is first class, the flowers arrived on time, even 5 mins early! They sent a photo of the recipient receiving the flowers, which was nice. The ordering process was good and easy to use.
   
   My only issue was that they substituted a few roses of different colours, which is technically fine because it is stated there, but it is better to know what you expect to get. They substituted 4 of the 12 red roses with 2 white and 2 purple ones. The white ones are ok but the purple I thought wasn't as nice. Apart from that, it's a service worth trusting! Thanks again!

   The bouquet was absolutely gorgeous and larger than I thought it would be. The flowers were all super-fresh and in perfect condition, and the card was done so nicely! Delivery was right on time, which is amazing considering Bangkok traffic.

    This Design is really Beautiful, looks even better in real !! Flowers are fresh, Colors are sharp ! Great wrapping too ! On time delivery and without ruin the surprise by calling my girlfriend ! You can be sure i will be back again !
