I ordered flowers only 24 h before Valentines day and the flowers were delivered on time
Nice packing and flowers.
Only negative point they charge 500 bahts mandatory hand delivery at the end of the payment process, you have no choice and it's not shown in the initial price.
As a foreigner, hard to determine the province of delivery when you fill the address but everything went well :-)

2nd time purchasing from Flowerbangkok for Valentine Day. Previously email to change the gift card message, was diss appointed that it has not been change even though they have replyed to acknowledge the changes. Due to some last minute changes of plan, had to reschedule the delivery time. Was glad that they manage to change to the other time slot. Thumbs up for that. Need to improve on their hotline availability as no one was picking up the call probably due to the busy period which couldn't really fault them for it. Driver did not take photo which is also quite disappointing. But again this might be due to the busy period.

Overall, pleasant experience with this florist.
