The flower arrangement was beautiful and the flowers were of amazing quality. The only two things that are keeping me from giving this a five star are the following:
1. The delivery was 2 hours later than what I had requested.
2. The vase was plastic. I feel like charging a little extra and providing a glass vase would elevate the experience of the gift as a whole.
Apart from these two things, the gift was lovely and I will definitely be using this service in the future.

The Sunny Day arrangement was ordered as a wedding anniversary gift for friends living in Bangkok. Yellow roses are the ladies favourite flowers.
The arrangement was beautiful and very well received.

First, the arrangement was absolutely gorgeous. Second, the customer service is very responsive... they emailed me shortly after placing the order stating that they needed to substitute flowers, which wasn't a problem for me. The bouquet that they put together was truly impressive and the price was very reasonable

From the image received via an email on the day the order was completed, the flower mix is rather disappointing. Did not expect to see carnation or babys breath and didn't like the twigs going upward. Roses were too opened, the flowers will not be looking good after a few days, due to Bangkok temperature.

Excellent, huge, beautiful bouquet, much admired by recipient and nurses. Chocolates delivered as ordered. Delivery was as requested. Extremely pleased with your service. Photo taken of bouquet, chocolates and hospital room number and sent to me which is ok as my daughter was too unwell to be photographed. Highly recommend Bangkok Flowers!!!!

Bangkok flowers is wonderful. The arrangement was just like the picture! Gorgeous! I asked to have the arrangement to be customized on my order. They immediately responded to me and created this huge beautiful arrangement. Thank you! I will be using this florist over and over.

Feel refreshment when the receiver seeing it in vase. A bit different from the picture, but it's acceptable.
