Decent flower but terrible service

A bouquet of flowers usually means a lot more than just the face value - hence when the flowers are delivered, as well as how it is delivered matters.
My order was placed on 15th, the staff told me paypal was holding the transaction, so the flowers were delivered on 17th.
The flower ordered was delivered wrong, although upon request the correct one was delivered later on.
Once delivered, the delivery person explained to recipient that 14th and 15th flowers were expensive, and 17th flowers are cheaper. While I paid 15th price to get a 17th delivery. It would have been more acceptable if an apology was offered for the late arrival.

Valentine flower as decribed, wrapped nicely, and delivery was perfectly on time; really appreciated! Just one little advice, hopefully could have more flower choices such as lily
